职业技能竞赛是对职业院校教育教学水平的检验,也是职业院校展示教学成果的平台。竞赛采取教育机构主办,企业行业协办的形式,企业将人才需求标准体现在技能大赛中,职业院校以大赛内容为标准优化课程体系,改革教学方法和手段,改善实训条件。通过技能竞赛提升师资队伍水平,提高学生竞争意识、创新创业能力和就业竞争力,以适应企业的需求。

Vocational skill competition is a test of the educational and teaching level of vocational colleges,and also a platform for showing the teaching results in vocational colleges.The competition is sponsored by the educational institutions and organized with the help of the related industries and enterprise.The enterprise embodies standard of required skilled personnel in the skill competition.Vocational colleges take the competition content as the reference standard to optimize the curriculum system,reform the teaching methods and means,at the same time improve the practical training conditions.Through the launching of skill competition,vocational colleges can improve the level of teachers,enhance students'competitive consciousness and innovative ability to start a business,and then meet the recruitment needs of enterprises.
