Opportunities and Challenges for Parents' Learning from the Perspective of Reverse Socialization——Take Internet application learning as an example

在终身学习背景下,特别是在互联网时代,父母也是需要不断学习的。学习过程中,父母自身的社会阅历、经验、学习能力成熟及互联网的特点等都成为其互联网学习的机遇。同时,父母的传统思想、定势的思维、资源获取困难、社会压力的负向作用等是他们面临的挑战。面对机遇和挑战,父母需转变思想、改变定势思维、与子女倾心沟通来把握机遇,子女则应主动沟通,耐心引导,帮助父母调适学习心理和给予适当激励来帮助父母学习,适应信息化时代发展要求。

In the context of lifelong learning,especially in the new era of Internet,parents need to keep learning.In the process of learning,parents own social outlook,experiences,mature learning ability integrate with the characteristics of the Internet have created opportunities to acknowledge the Internet.At the same time,their traditional and stereotyped thinking,resource acquisition difficulties,and side effects of social pressure are the challenges that they have to take account.Facing the opportunities and challenges,parents need to change their minds or fixed thinking,and try to communicate with their children in order to seize the opportunities.Teenagers also should communicate with parents positively,take a guide patiently,help their parents adjust learning psychology and give them appropriate incentives to motivate their persistence.So that parents can adapt to the requirements of the advancement of new information age.
