摘要
随着成人高等教育外部环境的变化,成人高等教育必须要向非学历继续教育转移和内涵式发展转型。为适应这种转移与转型,需要构建一支数量适中、素质优良、结构合理、专兼结合的师资团队。为此,基于外部环境的视角,在分析成人高等教育转型发展背景的基础上,从"显性契约"与"隐性契约"两个方面进行梳理与剖析,提出建设成人高等教育师资队伍的对策,提高成人高等教育师资队伍素质,推动我国成人高等教育发展。
With the external environment changing,adult higher education must turn to non-academic continuing education and develop its connotation.In order to adapt to such transformation and development,the teaching staff with moderate number of teachers,excellent quality,reasonable structure and combination of full-time and part-time teachers must be built.At present,this is an urgent and important strategic task.Therefore,the author analyzed the development environment of adult higher education,further proposed that strategic and systematic measures for teaching staff construction in adult higher education shall be taken from two perspectives,namely“explicit contract”and“implicit contract”.
