中国能源消费与绿色经济增长关系实证研究——兼论环境污染的影响

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Energy Consumption and Green Economic Development in China:Also on the Influence of Environmental Pollution

该文以2008—2017年中国能源消费和经济增长数据为样本,对绿色经济增长进行核算并与总产出进行对比分析,通过构建误差修正模型,探讨能源消费、环境污染与绿色经济增长之间的关系。研究结果表明,能源消费量的提高对绿色经济增长具有正向拉动作用,而环境污染是抑制绿色经济增长的重要因素。该文的政策含义在于,可以通过调整能源消费结构、完善环保制度等方式促进中国经济绿色发展。

Taking the 2008-2017 China energy consumption and economic growth data as the sample,we first calculate the green economic growth and compare it with the total output,and then discuss the relationship among energy consumption,environmental pollution and green output by constructing an error c orrection model.The research results show that the increase of energy consumption has a positive pulling effect on green output,and environmental pollution is an important factor to inhibit the growth.As far as the policy is concerned,the meaning of this article is that it can promote the green development of China's economy by adjusting the energy consumption structure and improving the environmental protection system.
