某规模化猪场长白、大白和长大二元猪的繁殖性能比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Reproductive Performance of Landrace, Large White and Landrace×Large White Hybridization Pigs in a Large Scale Pig Farm

目的:为了摸清某规模化猪场长白、大白和长大二元猪的繁殖性能。方法:实验采用SPSS 17.0软件对繁殖相关指标进行统计与分析。结果:第一胎3个类型猪的产仔数、产活/健仔数和初生窝重差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);但是,第一胎大白猪、长大二元猪的妊娠期与长白猪(P<0.01),第二胎长白猪的产仔数(P<0.01)、产活/健仔数(P<0.01)、初生窝重与大白猪(P<0.05)差异均具有统计学意义;第三胎长白猪的妊娠期与大白猪(P<0.05),大白猪的产仔数、产活仔数、初生窝重与长白猪(P<0.01),大白猪的产仔数和产活仔数(P<0.05)、初生窝重(P<0.01)与长大二元猪,大白猪的产健仔数与长白猪(P<0.05)之间差异均具有统计学意义。结论:该猪场不同类型猪不同胎次的繁殖指标不一致,第一胎稍好于第二胎和第三胎,这可能与猪场引进品种后未进行系统的选育有关。

Objective: To explore the reproductive performance of Landrace, Large White and Landrace×Large White Hybridization Pigs in a large scale pig farm. Methods: SPSS 17.0 software was used to analyze the reproductive indicators. Results: There was no statistically significant differences(P>0.05)in the litter size(LS), numbers of alive(NAP)and healthy piglets(NHP), and litter birth weight(LBW)of the three types of pigs at the first parity. However, Large White and Landrace×Large White Hybridization Pigs were significantly different from Landrace in the pregnancy periods of the first parity(P<0.01), and there were significant differences between Landrace and Large White in the LS(P<0.01)、NAP(P<0.01)、NHP(P<0.01)and LBW(P<0.05)at the second parity. There were also statistical differences in the pregnancy periods between Landrace and Large White(P<0.05), in the LS、NAP and LBW between Large White and Landrace(P<0.01), in the LS(P<0.05)、NAP(P<0.05)and LBW(P<0.01)between Large White and Landrace × Large White Hybridization Pigs, and in the NHP between Large White and Landrace(P<0.05) at the third parity.Conclusion: The reproductive indicators of different types of pigs at different parities were not consistent, with the first parity being slightly better than the second and third parity, which may be related to the unsystematic breeding after being introduced into this farm.
