摘要
目的:对高黎贡山北段东、西坡的捕食线虫真菌进行调查,了解坡向对捕食线虫真菌空间分布的影响。方法:分别于东、西两坡进行土样采集,通过形态学和分子生物学进行鉴定,以物种丰富度和检出率作为生物学指标。结果:西坡较东坡存在更为丰富的捕食线虫真菌资源,东、西坡捕食线虫真菌的物种丰富度和检出率随着坡位升高均呈先上升后下降趋势。两个坡向的优势种均为Arthrobotrys thaumasium。结论:高黎贡山北段东、西坡捕食线虫真菌的分布存在异质性,温度和降雨量作为坡向的间接影响因子可能是造成异质性的主要因素。
Objective: To investigate the distribution pattern of the nematode-trapping fungi in eastern and western slopes of northern Gaoligong Mountain, and to study the effects of slope direction on the spatial distribution of nematode-trapping fungi. Methods: Soil samples were collected from the east and west slopes. The fungi strains were identified morphologically and molecularly, and then, the detection rate and species richness were set as biological indices which was analyzed. Results: Firstly, the abundance of nematodetrapping fungi in the west slope was higher than the east slope. Secondly, the species richness and the detection rate of nematodetrapping fungi in the two slopes showed a trend of ascending firstly and then descending with the elevating of slope position. The dominant species in both slopes were Arthrobotrys thaumasium. Conclusion: The distribution pattern of the nematode-trapping fungi was heterogeneous between eastern and western slopes of northern Gaoligong Mountain, and the different temperature and rainfall between the slopes might be the main factors causing the heterogeneity.
