摘要
某外浮顶储罐因设计变更需对已预制成型的浮盘的单盘进行一定角度的旋转,文中经比较分析,选择使用手拉葫芦旋转的方法。即用单盘下方的临时支撑网架作为滚动面,用脚手架杆作为滚杠,在罐壁上焊吊耳作为持力点,用手拉葫芦连接单盘边缘与罐壁吊耳进行旋转。该方法毫无卡阻地完成了旋转任务,复查旋转角度误差为零。
It was necessary to make a certain angle of rotation to the preformed floating plate due to the design change of a floating roof storage tank.Through comparative analysis,the method of using hand hoist rotation was selected.The temporary supporting net rack below the single plate was used as rolling surface,the scaffold pole was used as rolling bar,welding lifting lug onto tank wall as force holding point,and using hand hoist to connect single plate edge and tank wall lifting lug to carry out rotation.This method finished rotation task without any jamming and reexamination rotation angle error was zero.
