摘要
某炼油厂重油催化裂化装置AV100-13型轴流式主风机在下承缸安装过程中,由于吊装方法不合理发生下壳体导槽受力过大而损坏的事故。文中对设备损坏原因进行了分析,同时提出合理的安装建议指导机组顺利安装,避免同类事故的再次发生。
During installation of the lower bearing cylinder of the AV100-13-type axial blower of heavy oil catalytic cracking unit in an oil refinery,accident occurred because the unreasonable hoisting method which caused the guide channel of the lower shell bore a too high stress.This paper made analysis to the cause of equipment damage,and in the same time,put forward reasonable suggestion to guide smooth machine installation and avoid recurrence of similar accident.
