摘要
深大基坑采用混凝土支撑施工,不但浪费资源,还会产生大量建筑废弃物。为提升基坑工程的绿色施工水平,在深大基坑设计施工中,采用钢-混凝土结合支撑。钢-混凝土组合支撑由于刚度不同、立柱不均匀沉降、钢-混凝土传力薄弱、预应力损失等问题,增加了施工风险和难度。以南京国际博览中心三期工程为背景,分析了钢-混凝土组合支撑的技术风险,提出了钢支撑双层组合形式、增加立柱、增加传力带、轴力自动补偿等手段为基坑的安全施工提供保障。
The concrete support was used in deep foundation pit, which wastes the resources and produces a lot of building waste. In order to improve the green construction level of the foundation pit, the steel-concrete support is often used in the design and construction of the deep foundation pit. Because of different stiffness, uneven settlement of column, load transfer of steel and concrete,prestress loss of steel and other problems,the construction risks and difficulties were increased. Taking the three phase project of Nanjing International Expo Center as the background, the technical risk of steel-concrete composite support was analyzed. The double supporting form of steel support, increasing the column, increasing the transmission belt and automatic servo were put forward to guarantee the safety construction of foundation pit.
