Practice and Reflection from Developments of High Speed to High Level in Shanghai Energy Industry

值此中国改革开放四十周年之际,笔者通过回顾总结上海能源发展中取得的重大成就,在分析发展现状和发展潜力的基础上,针对当前面临的机遇和挑战,从能源结构、设施建设、保障水平、市场化改革、区域合作等方面提出未来上海能源高质量发展建议,为进一步做好能源工作,服务上海经济社会发展提供借鉴。

On the occasion of China's reform and opening up 40th anniversary,the author reviews and summarizes the great achievements that have been made in Shanghai's energy development on the basis of analyzing the current development and development potential,targets at the current opportunities and challenges and proposes high-quality development of future Shanghai energy from the aspects of energy structure,facility construction,security level,market-oriented reform,and regional cooperation.Also the author aims at improving energy work and providing services for Shanghai's economic and social development.
