摘要
空压机余热油路、气路的热回收通过水源热泵系统的综合余热回收利用系统,润滑油热回收系统与压缩空气热回收系统的独立,能够更好地控制各个系统温度的稳定性。高低位水箱的设置有效地存储了热能。借助水源热泵高效的制热能效比,不仅保证空压系统运行的稳定,同时实现了对低品位热源的有效利用,减少能源浪费和污染物排放。
The waste heat oil and gas of air compressor can be recovered by the integrated waste heat recovery and utilization system of the water source heat pump system respectively.The independence of the oil heat recovery system and the compressed air heat recovery system can better control the temperature stability of each system.The high and low water tanks are set up to store heat energy effectively.By means of high efficiency energy efficiency ratio of water source heat pump,the operation of air pressure system is guaranteed,and the effective utilization of low grade heat source is realized at the same time,so as to reduce energy waste and pollutant emission.
