摘要
通过对白酒酿造生产过程中蒸汽消耗高的原因进行分析,提出二次蒸汽回收技术方案,并对已建成的节能系统实验平台进行运行数据测试,验证了该系统的节能效果。
Abstract:Based on the analysis of the causes of high steam consumption in the brewing process of liquor,this paper puts forward two steam recovery technical scheme,and tests the actual running data of the built energy-saving system experimental platform,and verifies the effect of the energy-saving system.
