摘要
在国家新的大气污染物排放标准中,对锅炉NOx原始生成量和排放值均提出了更严苛的要求。通过改造后的系统在130T/H循环流化床锅炉中的应用案例,分析喷嘴改造、停用稀释水系统对减少耗氨量、除盐水量,增强系统运行稳定性和可靠性的同时减少铵盐生成对设备的腐蚀以及给锅炉运行带来较好经济效益,探讨其应用推广价值。
Under the new national emission standard of air pollutants,more stringent requirements are put forward for the original generation and emission of NOx from boilers.In this paper,the application of the reformed system in the 130T/h circulating fluidized bed boiler is used to analyze the improvement of the nozzle and the deactivation of dilution water system,to reduce the ammonia consumption and the amount of removed salt water,enhance the stability and reliability of the system,reduce the corrosion of the ammonium salt generation to the equipment and bring the better economic benefit to the boiler operation.And explore the value of its application promotion.
