湖南相对资源承载力地区差异与可持续发展研究

Study on Regional Differences of Carrying Capacity of the Relative Resources and Sustainable Development in Hunan

对原相对资源承载力模型进行相应改进:建立新参照系;增加临界偏离值及临界线(轴)。根据改进模型计算了2010～2017年湖南及省内各市(州)相对资源承载力及其演变过程和趋势,实证分析了湖南各地区可持续发展状况,进而提出了湖南在实施可持续发展战略进程中须待解决的问题:(1)省会城市经济提速发展的同时如何促进全省协调与平衡发展;(2)加速地区国民经济发展和城镇化建设的同时,如何保护土地资源(耕地)存量、并提高土地资源质量。

This paper,Carrying capacity model of the original relative resources is improved accordingly:a new system of reference is established;critical deviation value and critical boundary(axis)is added.Based on the improved model,calculates the carrying capacityof the relative resourcesand its evolution process and trends from 2010 to 2017 in Hunan and the prefectures(state)in the province,and analyzes the sustainable development situation ofHunan.Then it puts forward the problems to be solved in the process of implementing sustainable development strategy in Hunan:(1)How to promote the coordination and balanced development of the province while accelerating the economic development of provincial capital city;(2)How to protect the stock of land resources(arable land)and improve the quality of land resources while accelerating the economic development and urbanization in the region.
