摘要
基于MATLAB的车牌识别系统由图像预处理、车牌定位、字符分割和字符识别四大核心技术组成。图像的预处理用的是图像灰度化和图像的增强及图像的边缘检测,使用在车牌识别系统中经常用到的基于数学形态学的方式进行车牌的定位,也探究了基于车牌的彩色信息的彩色分割方法进行切分,然后详细分析了基于模板匹配法的字符识别方法。
Based on MATLAB,the focus of the license plate recognition system consists of four core technologies:image preprocessing,license plate location,character segmentation and character recognition.Image preprocessing using image gray and image edge detection and image enhancement,used in license plate recognition system based on mathematical morphology is often used in the manner of license plate localization,also explores the color segmentation method based on license plate color information of the shard,and analyzes the character recognition method based on template matching method.
