摘要
针对电烤箱温度实验系统在MCGS平台上搭建了温度监控组态工程。基于阶跃响应曲线测试并估计了电烤箱温度对象的一阶加滞后模型,基于内模原理设计并整定PID控制器参数。使用OPC技术实现了MCGS和Matlab的数据通信,在Simulink中搭建控制算法实现了对电烤箱温度的实时控制。仿真和实验结果表明基于内模的PID控制的有效性,对烤箱的实时控制结果也表明Simulink用于在线控制的可行性。
This paper establishes a temperature monitoring configuration project on MCGS platform for an electrical oven temperature experiment system.From the step response of the electric oven,an first order plus time delay(FOPTD)model of the oven is obtained.Based on it,a PID controller is designed based on the internal model control principle and the parameters are tuned.Data communication between MCGS and Matlab is realized,control algorithm is given in Simulink,and the real time control for the electric oven temperature is implemented.
