摘要
针对角钢截面几何参数测量目前仍以人工操作为主现状,提出了一种基于机器视觉的角钢截面几何参数的测量方法。通过中值滤波、闵科夫斯基加法和Canny边缘算子算法对相机采集的角钢截面图像进行处理,结合物理参数转换,提取角钢截面边宽度、边厚度、内圆弧半径三个参数。通过实验分别对50*50的等边角钢模型和40*40的等边角钢实物进行测量,实验结果表明,该方法运算时间短,测量精度高,测量误差小。
Against the measurement of geometric parameters of angle sections is still dominated by manual operation.This paper presents a method to measure the geometrical parameters of angle steel section based on machine vision processing the angle section image captured by the camera by means of Median filtering,Minkowski addition,Canny edge operator.Combining physical parameter conversion,extraction angle steel section width,edge thickness,inner arc radius three parameters.Experiments are conducted on 50*50 equilateral angle steel models and 40*40 equilateral angle steel objects respectively.
