云计算、云制造和CPS等前沿的智能系统,存在的共同点是与设备直接或间接的相互通信,TPM作为与基础设备直接连接的系统,TPM的网络化改造将会为上层智能系统和制造工厂内部系统提供实时的数据。同时,TPM的智能化扩展可以为智能算法(如PSO算法)提供数据,探索在未来利用更多的智能算法提高设备的综合效率。

Cloud computing,cloud manufacturing,CPS and other frontier intelligent systems have a common point of direct or indirect communication with equipment,TPM as a system directly connected to infrastructure,TPM network transformation will provide real-time data for upper intelligent systems and manufacturing plant internal systems.At the same time,TPM intelligent extension can provide data for intelligent algorithms(such as PSO algorithm)to explore the future use of more intelligent algorithms to improve the overall efficiency of equipment.
