新型工业生产环境参数自动监测系统设计

Novel Automatic Monitoring System for Industrial Production Line Environment Parameters

产品生产环境的温度、湿度、灰尘等参数往往直接影响产品质量,这些参数的自动采集在工业智能制造和产品质量追溯管理中具有重要价值。设计实现了一种新型工业生产环境参数自动采集系统,基于分布式传感器自动采集生产线各重要环节的环境参数,基于Wi-Fi实现向云端服务器的远程数据传输。测试数据表明,系统精确可靠,能够有效提高工业生产环境参数自动采集效率和精度水平,为产品全生命周期数据采集和追溯提供有力支持。

This paper designs and implements a new system,which collects the parameters automatically based on distributed sensors and realizes remote data transmission to cloud server based on Wi-Fi.Testing data show that the system is accurate and reliable,and it can effectively improve the efficiency and the precision level of industrial production environment parameter automatic acquisition,which can provide strong support for the collection and traceability of the whole life cycle data of the production.
