校企合作双主体二级学院运行模式探究

Exploration on the Operation Mode of Secondary Colleges with Dual Subjects of School-enterprise Cooperation

高等职业教育的人才培养目标是为社会培养高端技能型专门人才。校企合作是高职院校人才培养模式改革的必由之路,是实现高等职业教育人才培养目标的最佳途径,而校企共建二级学院是深入开展校企合作的途径之一。在分析高职院校校企合作发展现状的基础上,探究双主体二级学院合理的运行模式,从而有效地实现校企之间深度合作。

The goal of talents training of higher vocational education is to train high-end skilled professionals for the society.School-enterprise cooperation is the only way to reform the talents training mode in higher vocational colleges,and the best way to achieve the goal of talents training in higher vocational education.The constuction of secondary colleges by school-enterprise cooperation is one of the ways to deeply develop schoolenterprise cooperation.On the basis of analyzing the development status of the secondary colleges of schoolenterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the reasonable operation mode of dual subjects of school-enterprise cooperation,so as to realize the deep cooperation between colleges and enterprises effectively.
