摘要
"校企双导师"人才培养模式就是将高校原有课程与企业工作需要结合起来,开设创新型课程,使学生毕业后可以更加适应社会工作需求的新型人才培养模式。通过分析"校企双导师"人才培养模式的优势及存在的问题,明确高校人才培养模式创新应遵循的原则,探寻消除弊端的方法,以充分发挥"双导师"优势,有效提高学生的实践能力和综合素质,实现更加适应社会的创新型人才培养。
The"school-enterprise dual tutor"talents training mode is a new training mode that combines the original curriculum of colleges and universities with the needs of corporate work and provides innovative courses so that students can adapt to the needs of social work after graduation.Through the analysis of the advantages and problems of the"school-enterprise dual tutor"talent training mode,the paper clarifies the principles that should be followed in the innovation of talent training mode in colleges and universities,and explores ways to eliminate abuses to give full play to the advantages of"dual tutors",to improve students'practical abilities and comprehensive qualities,and achieve innovative talents training that is more adaptable to society.
