6S管理在高职院校实训教学中的应用

The Application of 6S Management in Practical Training Teaching of Higher Vocational Colleges

从现阶段来看,高职院校实训教学工作仍存在一些问题,如缺少对现场的系统管理、缺少对职业道德方面的考核等。为了进一步提高实训教学质量,应将6S管理模式应用于实训教学,这不仅能提高实训教学质量,也有助于增强毕业生市场竞争力,使学生得到更好的发展。在分析当前实训教学管理现状的基础上,对实训教学中6S管理的实践与应用进行深入探究。

From the present stage,there are still some problems in practical training teaching,such as lack of systematic management of the site,lack of evaluation of professional ethics and so on.In order to further improve the quality of practical training teaching,6S management mode should be applied to practical training teaching,which can not only improve the quality of practical training teaching,but also help to enhance the market competitiveness of the graduates and make students get better development.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of practical training teaching management,this paper probes into the practice and application of6S management in practical training teaching.
