健身操舞不仅是一项风靡全球的体育活动,而且在高职教育中具有美学教育的作用。美学教育是素质教育的重要组成部分,在健身操舞教学中渗透美学,有利于塑造学生的形体美,提高学生的审美水平,使学生得到全面发展。在对高职健身操舞教学中美学渗透的意义进行分析的基础上,探究健身操舞教学中美学渗透的策略。

Aerobics dance is not only a popular sports activity all over the world,but also has the function of aesthetic education in higher vocational education.Aesthetic education is an important part of quality education.Penetrating aesthetics in aerobics dance teaching is conducive to shaping the beauty of students'form,improving students'aesthetic level,and making students get all-round development.Based on the analysis of the significance of aesthetic penetration in the teaching of aerobics dance in higher vocational colleges,this paper explores the strategies of aesthetic penetration in the teaching of aerobics dance.
