摘要
工匠精神回归高职院校已经成为社会的共识,高职院校教师必须要传承和发扬工匠精神。高职院校教师应该明确工匠精神在教学活动中的具体表现,总体可以概括为敬业、专注、精益求精和创新几方面内容。同时,高职院校教师应注重工匠精神的养成条件,主要包括教师自身的修为和实践技能的学习等。
The return of craftsman spirit to higher vocational colleges has become the consensus of the society.The teachers of higher vocational college must inherit and carry forward the spirit of craftsman.The teachers in higher vocational colleges should make clear the specific performance of craftsman spirit in the teaching activities,which can be summed up as dedication,focus,excellence and innovation.At the same time,the teachers of higher vocational college should pay attention to the cultivation conditions of craftsman spirit,mainly including teachers'self-cultivation and practical skills learning.
