摘要
为了探究植物发育与表观遗传变异之间的相互作用,对植物中3种表观遗传变异类型(组蛋白修饰、DNA甲基化和非编码RNA)的功能、作用机制等进行了研究,找出其对植物发育过程的影响,证明了表观遗传变异确实参与了植物发育过程的调控,并参与塑造环境的表型可塑性。
In order to explore the interaction between plant development and epigenetic variation,three types of epigenetic variation in plants,including histone modification,DNA methylation and non-coding RNA were studied for their functions and mechanisms.Their effects on plant deve-lopment were identified,and it was proved that epigenetic variation was involved in the regulation of plant development and in shaping the phenotypic plasticity of the environment.
