摘要
对墨旱莲种苗进行了山地仿野生抚育,为追踪研究和评价其仿野生抚育后药材的品质,用高效液相法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸溶液(0 min 50:50→18 min 60:40→30 min 60:40)为流动相,检测波长为351 nm,测定墨旱莲种苗、仿野生抚育1年后子代、2年后子代中蟛蜞菊内酯的含量,并进行对比分析。结果表明,蟛蜞菊内酯含量2年后子代>1年后子代>墨旱莲种苗。
Wild-like cultivation of Eclipta japonicus seedlings on the mountain has been carried out.In order to evaluate the quality of the medicinal materials,its main active ingredient(wedelolactone)was analyzed by using high-performance liquid phase method.Vsiny octadecylsilane-bonded silica gel as the filler,and methanol-0.5%glacial acetic acid solution(0min50:50→18min60:40→30min60:40)as the mobile phase;the detection wavelength was351nm.The content of wedelolactone in the seedlings of E.japonicus,one-year-old offspring and two-year-old offspring were measured and compared.The results showed that the content of wedelolactone was as following:two-year-old offspring>one-year-old offspring>Eclipta japonicus seedlings.
