摘要
以7种不同辐射剂量的^(60)Co-γ射线处理爬地兰不同成熟度枝条,观测其扦插成活率及生物产量。结果表明,不同成熟度枝条对辐射剂量的耐受力不同,老枝、中等嫩度枝条、嫩枝的半致死剂量分别为40.67、42.51、41.34 Gy。老枝、嫩枝平均单株生物量均随辐射剂量的增加呈递减的趋势,而中等嫩度枝条平均单株生物量却无明显的变化规律。
The effects of seven different radiation dosages of 60Co-γray on the branches of Indigofera endecaphylla were studied from aspects of survival rates and biomasses.Results showed that branch grades of maturity had different tolerance abilities to 60Co-γray irradiation,half lethal dose of old branches of Indigofera endecaphylla was 40.67 Gy,42.51 Gy for branches with middle maturities,and 41.34 Gy for young branches.Results also indicated that the average biomass yield of young branches and old branches decreased with the increase of radiation doses,but there was no obvious trend of branches with middle maturities.
