6种热带红树植物气孔性状研究 被引量:2

Study on Stomatal Differences of Six Tropical Mangrove Plants

摘要 为了更深入地认识和了解红树植物,更好地完善有关红树林植物的资料,从而促进红树林湿地生态系统能可持续地发展,采用显微镜测定的方法研究了海南省东寨港红树林自然保护区6种红树植物(海莲、卵叶海桑、正红树、角果木、拉关木、白骨壤)的叶片气孔密度与长度。结果表明,6种红树植物的叶片形成了适应海岸潮间带生境的结构,除卵叶海桑和拉关木上表皮存在气孔外,其余植物气孔均分布在下表皮,气孔器均为椭圆状;6种红树植物的下表皮气孔密度大小为海莲>卵叶海桑>拉关木>白骨壤>角果木>正红树;气孔长度大小为正红树>角果木>海莲>拉关木>卵叶海桑>白骨壤;叶片上气孔分布情况较为均匀,无集中趋势。 In order to understand mangrove plants better,perfect the information of mangrove plants,and promote the sustainable development of mangrove wetland ecosystem,six mangrove plants in Hainan East-stockade Mangrove Nature Reserve were studied by microscopy including Bruguiera sexangula,Sonneratia ovata,Rhizophora Apiculata,Ceriops tagal,Laguncularia racemosa and Aricennia marina.The results indicated that the leaves of six mangrove varieties all grew organization structure adaptive to the intertidal habitats.Except Sonneratia ovata and Laguncularia racemosa with stomata laying upon epicuticle,other four varieties grew their stomata on the lower epidermis,and stomata were oval.The sequence of stomatal density of six mangrove plants was Bruguiera sexangula>Sonneratia ovata>Laguncularia racemosa>Aricennia marina>Ceriops tagal>Rhizophora Apiculataand and the stomatal length of six mangrove plants was Rhizophora Apiculata>Ceriops tagal>Bruguiera sexangula>Laguncularia racemosa>Sonneratia ovata>Aricennia marina.The stomatal distribution in the leaves was uniform and unfocused.
