摘要
硫酸铜在农业生产中有着非常重要的作用,在硫酸铜结晶设备中桨叶的安装位置是影响搅拌器性能的重要指标之一。通过对搅拌器桨叶安装位置的研究提高硫酸铜的结晶效率。实际生产中用到的硫酸铜搅拌器多为双层桨叶,对于双层搅拌器,安装位置主要包括上下层桨叶之间距离和下层桨叶距搅拌槽底部的距离。通过数值模拟仿真技术对几组不同安装位置的搅拌器进行仿真研究,从而得到最佳的安装位置结构参数。
Copper sulfate plays a very important role in agricultural production.The position of the blade in the copper sulphate crystallization equipment is one of the important indexes to influence the performance of the agitator.The purpose of this paper is to improve the crystallization efficiency of copper sulfate by studying the installation position of the impeller.Most of the copper sulphate agitator used in actual production is a double layer blade.For the double layer agitator,the installation position mainly includes the distance between the upper and lower blades and the distance from the bottom of the lower blade to the bottom of the agitator.Through numerical simulation technology,several groups of stirrers with different installation positions are simulated,and the best installation position and structure parameters are obtained.
