摘要
铣削加工是铝合金材料常用的加工手段,通过正交试验方法,以6061-T651铝合金材料为试验对象,研究了对该铝合金材料进行铣削加工时,切削深度、切削速度及每齿进给量3个因素对表面粗糙度的影响规律,并通过多元非线性回归分析得出铝合金铣削加工表面粗糙度的经验公式。实验分析结果表明:其表面粗糙度随着每齿进给量和铣削深度的增大而增大,随切削速度的增大而减小。
Milling is widely applied for aluminum alloy manufacturing.With regard to6061-T651aluminum alloy,orthogonal testing is first employed to study the impacts of milling speed,depth and feed-rate upon surface roughness.Then the empirical formula of surface roughness is obtained via multiple nonlinear regression analysis.Finally,it is indicated from results that the surface roughness increases with increase of feed-rate per tooth and milling speed.
