摘要
针对传统潜水电泵温升试验仍采用人工测量存在的效率低、精度差的问题,提出了一种基于PLC自动测试电机绕组电阻的新型装置,以潜水泵试验方法标准为依托,通过电子计算机技术较好解决了温升测试的自动化问题。另外,重点介绍了该装置的测试工作原理,最后通过数据展示了该装置的工作可靠性。
Manual measurement is still used in traditional submersible pump temperature-rise test,which has low efficiency and poor precision.A new device based on PLC for automatic testing of motor winding resistance is proposed.Relying on the test criteria of submersible pumps,the automation of temperature rise test is solved by computer technology.In addition,the testing principle of the device is introduced.Finally,the reliability of the device is demonstrated by data.
