摘要
与传统对称型板式换热器相比,非对称式板式换热器能更好地与实际冷热流体的非对称工况相匹配,从而实现更高的传热效率。回顾了非对称式板换的研究历史,总结了关于非对称板换流动和换热的理论和实验研究成果,利用数值模拟对比了不同工况点下非对称板换与传统板换的换热性能,并对非对称板换的巨大发展潜力和广阔市场前景进行了展望。
Comparing with the conventional symmetric plate heat exchanger,the asymmetric plate heat exchanger can match the unsymmetrical condition of the actual fluid better,leading to higher heat transfer efficiency.The research progress of asymmetric plate changes is reviewed.The theoretical and experimental results on the flow and heat transfer of asymmetric plates are summarized.The heat transfer performances of asymmetric plate exchange and conventional plate exchange under different working conditions are compared using the numerical simulation method.Both the potential and broad market of asymmetric plate exchange areprospected.
