摘要
桥式起重机小车运行机构设计时要考虑坡度的影响,原因在于使用过程中定位精度和驱动电机功率选择的需要,《起重机设计手册》中常选择在不大于5‰时使用坡度来考虑这个影响,至于影响多大缺少实际数据支持。本文通过现场爬坡试验和试验数据统计分析,研究0‰~5‰不同坡度和变频调速及转子串电阻控制方式下启动电流、有功功率、功率因数等变化规律,从而得出坡度和驱动方式对小车运行性能的影响。
The bridge crane trolley running mechanism design to consider the influence of the slope,the reason is that in the process of using positioning precision and the need of the drive motor power to choose,crane design manual,choose use the slope when not greater than 5‰to consider the impact,as to how much influence the lack of practical data support.Through field climbing test and statistical analysis of test data,this paper studied the changing rules of starting current,active power and power factor under different slope(0‰~5‰)and frequency conversion speed regulation and rotor series resistance control mode,and thus obtained the influence of gradient and driving mode on the running performance of the car.
