摘要
舞阳钢铁公司180m^2烧结机通过蒸汽预热、强化制粒、偏析布料等措施,成功将烧结料层由700mm提高到850mm。料层提高到850mm后,烧结矿转鼓指数提高了1.3%,返矿率降低了3.1%,保证了高炉使用烧结矿的强度需求,减少了粉末料的入炉量,提升了高炉的透气性。TFe含量提高了1.04%,FeO含量降低了0.9%,固燃消耗降低了6%,得到高品质烧结矿的同时,节约了成本,增加了效益,并给出了下一阶段降本增效的方向。
By means of steam preheating,intensified granulation and segregation distribution,the 180m^2 sintering machine of Wuyang Iron and Steel Company had successfully raised the sinter bed from 700mm to 850mm.The sinter drum index increased by 1.3%and the return rate decreases by 3.1%when the material bed was increased to 850 mm,which ensured the strength requirement of sinter used in blast furnace,reduced the amount of powder feeding into furnace and improved the permeability of blast furnace.TFe content increased by 1.04%,FeO content decreased by 0.9%and solid combustion consumption decreased by 6%.While high quality sinter was obtained,the cost and benefit were saved,and the direction of cost reduction and efficiency increase in the next stage was given.
