纯碱工业是国内非常关键的一项基础工业。在加工生产纯碱过程中,要采取一定的碳化工序与流程。本文基于碳化工序及工艺流程,归纳了碳化工序影响纯碱质量的具体表现,并根据碳化工序中原盐消耗的状况提出相应的应对措施,旨在为国内纯碱工业发展提供参考依据。

The soda ash industry is a key industry in China.In the process of processing soda ash,certain carbonization processes and processes must be adopted.Based on the carbonization process and process flow,this paper summarized the specific performance of the soda ash quality in the carbonization process,and proposed corresponding countermeasures according to the situation of raw salt consumption in the carbonization process,aiming to provide reference for the development of domestic soda ash industry.
