摘要 本文分析了35kV直挂集装箱式STATCOM的结构及其内部H桥功率单元开关器件的损耗,推出了适于工程的功率器件损耗关系式。以35kV/20 Mvar STATCOM为例,根据开关器件损耗、电阻损耗等计算出集装箱内总发热量,在考虑散热器进风口风速不均条件下,设计了风机容量并给出具体型号。通过集装箱结构改造,解决了功率单元散热器进口风速不一致的问题。最后采用风速仪对集装箱功率单元散热器进口风速进行了测量,并验证了结构改造的可行性。 In this paper,the 35kV straight hang container STATCOM and the loss of its H bridge power unit switch element are analyzed,and the relationship of power element loss which is suitable for the proj-ect is derived.With 35kV/20 Mvar STATCOM as an example and in accordance with the switch element loss and resistance loss,the total thermal value in the container is calculated,the capacity of fan is de-signed and specific type is given with consideration of uneven wind velocity at the inlet of radiator.The wind velocity inconsistency problem at the inlet of power unit radiator is solved through modification of the container structure.Finally,the inlet wind velocity of the power radiation unit radiator of the container is measured by the anemometer and the modification feasibility of the structure is verified.
