摘要
66kV低压并联电抗器为空心电抗器,周围存在360度强磁场,由于施工原因造成低抗基础以及接地连接部件发热,严重影响基础寿命,不利于低抗安全稳定运行。本文提出一种基于探地雷达的成像检测技术,将隐蔽性缺陷部位的实际情况以图像形式直观反映出来,实现对目标体的精准定位,使检测人员能够在不依赖设计图纸的情况下,对缺陷原因进行分析。该项检测技术应用到新疆某750kV变电站低抗发热缺陷分析中,为缺陷消除提供了有力依据,取得了良好效果。
66kV low-voltage shunt reactor is of hollow reactor surrounded by a360-degree strong magnetic field.The heating of foundation and grounding connection components in low-voltage reactor caused by the construction has a serious damage to the basic life and is unfavorable for the safe and stable operation of low-voltage reactor.Therefore,in this paper,a kind of detection technology based on ground penetrating radar(GPR)is proposed to reflect the actual situation of the hidden defects in the form of images with purpose of accurate location of the object and keeping the detection personnel analyze the reasons of the defects with-out relying on the design drawings.The detection technology is applied to the analysis low-voltage reactor heating defects in a Xinjiang750kV substation,which provides a strong basis for the elimination of de-fects,and has achieved good results.
