高风电渗透率下新疆电网低频减载方案研究 被引量:6

摘要 随着风力发电的迅速发展,风电出力波动所引起的系统频率特性差异导致原有的低频减载方案不再适用于高风电渗透率下的电网。本文以高风电渗透率下的新疆电网为背景,基于PSASP对新疆全网和局部孤网进行频率特性分析,针对新疆全网,提出缩短动作频差和动作延迟的调整方案;对于网架结构较弱、调节性能偏低的局部孤网,根据区间差异分区制定切负荷比例,在保证系统频率快速恢复的前提下,尽可能减少负荷切除量,最终确定既满足全网频率特性要求又考虑局部地区孤网频率差异的低频减载方案。通过算例分析,验证了方案的合理性。 With the rapid development of wind power,the difference in frequency characteristics caused by the fluctuation of wind power output causes the original low frequency load shedding scheme no longer ap-ply to the grid under high wind power permeability.In this paper,Xinjiang power grid with high wind pow-er penetration is taken as the background,the frequency characteristic analysis is performed for the whole and partial grid in Xinjiang based on PSASP,the adjustment proposal on shortening action frequency differ-ence and action delay for the whole grid in Xinjiang is proposed.As for the partial isolated grid with weak grid structure and low regulation performance,the cut load ratio is specified as per interval difference and load cut shall be reduced as much as possible under the condition of assuring fast recovery of system.Final-ly,the low frequency load shedding scheme that satisfies the frequency characteristics of the whole net-work and considers the frequency difference of the isolated network in the local area is determined.The ra-tionality of the proposal is verified by the simulation results of examples.
