摘要
用环保型且低成本的天然原料制备有机无机功能材料是目前热点之一。制备了几种壳聚糖/SiO_2复合物,通过FTIR、XRD、DSC进行表征,得出制备壳聚糖/SiO_2复合物时最佳m(壳聚糖)∶m(正硅酸乙酯)=1∶1。壳聚糖/SiO_2复合物具有溶胀性和吸附性,溶胀度通过水直接测定,吸附性通过对甲基橙、二甲酚橙、甲基紫水溶液的吸附作用来实现,通过对比吸附率得出壳聚糖/SiO_2复合物对偶氮染料甲基橙的吸附性最强。
Organic and inorganic functional materials preparation by natural and low cost materials with friendly environment is one of the current research focuses.Several kinds of chitosan/SiO2 were prepared and characterized by XRD,FTIR and DSC.The results show that the optimized mass ratio of chitosan to ethyl silicate is 1∶1.Chitosan/SiO2 has the swelling property and adsorption,swelling degree of chitosan/SiO2 is determined by water.Solutions of methyl orange,xylenol orange and methyl violet were used to simulate industrial dye wastewater,the adsorption properties of the chitosan/SiO2 to methyl orange,xylenol orange and methyl violet were studied.Chitosan/SiO2 has the best adsorption performance to methyl orange of azo dyestuffs by comparing the adsorption rate.
