摘要
在界定建成区概念的基础上,提出建成区边界识别的基本原则。以基础性地理国情监测成果、遥感影像数据等作为基础,采用人工判读方法,客观提取南京市2005年、2010年、2015年等多个时间节点的城市建成区空间边界,借助传统城镇扩张的研究方法,分析监测南京城市格局的变化特征和空间扩展差异,并进一步研究南京城市扩展的区域差异。南京市老城区几乎完全城市化,城区发展进入相对稳定发展阶段,南京城市空间发展较快的地区与城市政策的执行关系密切。严格保护老城,塑造城市特色风貌,开发建设新城,引导合理有序开发是南京市优化城市格局的有效手段。
Based on the defining the concept of urban built-up area,the basic principle of boundary identification of urban built-up area are proposed.On the basis of achievement of geographical conditions monitoring and remote sensing image data,the boundaries of urban built area are objectively extracted for Nanjing city in 2005,2010 and 2015.With the traditional research method of urban spatialexpansion,the variation characteristics and differences of spatial expansion for Nanjing City are analyzed and monitored.Then the regional differences of urban expansion in Nanjing are studied.The old city of Nanjing is almost urbanized completely,and it has entered a relatively stable stage.The rapid development of urban spatial growth is related closely to urban policy execution.Therefore,strict protection of the old city s,and shaping the character of the city,as well as developing a new city,guiding rational and orderly development are effective means for optimizing the urban pattern in Nanjing.
