CRTSⅢ型轨道板平整度变化规律分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了更好地控制CRTSⅢ型轨道板平整度,以P5600型轨道板为测试对象,对轨道板不同龄期单侧承轨面翘曲量和混凝土抗压强度进行检测,分析其变化规律。结果表明:轨道板脱模后单侧承轨面中央翘曲量小于0.5 mm时,轨道板90 d龄期单侧承轨面中央翘曲量超过偏差限值概率较小;轨道板单侧承轨面翘曲量随龄期的延长而不断增大,但各龄期承轨面翘曲量变化规律基本相同;脱模至水养3 d结束后,轨道板单侧承轨面中央翘曲量增幅较大,随龄期的延长翘曲量增幅逐渐减小;混凝土设计强度比和轨道板单侧承轨面中央翘曲量随龄期的变化规律基本相同。 In order to control the f latness of CRTSⅢ-type track plate well,the warpage and concrete compressive strength of one-side rail surface of track plate at different ages were tested and their variation laws were analyzed by taking P5600 track plate as test object.The results show that the probability that the central warpage of one-sided rail surface of 90-day-old track plate exceeds the deviation limit is small when the central warpage of one-sided rail surface is less than 0.5 mm after demoulding of track plate.The warpage of one-sided rail-bearing surface of track plate increases with the increase of age,but the changing law for warpage of rail surface with each age is basically the same.The increase amplitude of central warpage of one-sided rail surface of track plate is large and the increase amplitude of warpage decreases gradually with the extension of age after 3 days of demoulding and water curing,changing laws for the design strength ratio of concrete and the central warpage of one-sided rail surface of track plate with age are basically the same.
