摘要
在实测风载的基础上,建立车辆多体动力学仿真模型,计算车辆通过防风过渡段的运行安全性。研究结果表明:在过渡段风载作用下,车辆的运行速度、风载的作用时间对车辆的爬轨脱轨影响较大,风载大小对车辆的倾覆脱轨影响较大;在某一固定风况下,当车辆运行速度小于等于90 km/h时车辆运行安全;当车辆以大于90 km/h的速度运行且风载的作用时间较短时,车轮轮缘未与钢轨发生贴靠,车辆安全性能指标均在限值范围内;当车辆运行速度大于90 km/h且风载作用时间较长时,车轮轮缘与钢轨发生撞击,轮轨横向力和垂向力发生突变,易出现脱轨系数超限。
Based on the test data of wind load,a multi-body dynamics simulation model of vehicle was established to calculate the running safety of vehicle through wind-proof transition section.The results show that under the action of wind load of transient section,the vehicle speed and duration of the wind load have great inf luences on the derailment of vehicle climbing the rail.The power of wind affects the derailment of vehicle overturning greatly.In a specif ic wind condition,when the vehicle is running at a speed of equal to or less than 90 km/h,the vehicle runs safely.When the running speed of the vehicle is more than 90 km/h and the wind duration is short,the wheel f lange does not contact the rail,so the safety performance indexes of vehicle are all within the limit range.But when the running speed of the vehicle is more than 90 km/h and the wind duration is long,the wheel f lange impacts the rail,therefore the lateral and vertical wheel-rail forces are abrupt,and the derailment coeff icients may easily exceed the limit.
