摘要
以安庆—九江铁路庐山站96 m钢混梁特大桥转体施工工程为背景,研究大型复杂桥梁施工过程中的受力问题。根据该钢混梁桥的转体施工方法,建立钢混梁桥施工各阶段的力学模型,采用有限元法分析了危险工况下的结构应力状态。采用应变传感器对现场施工中桥面板和钢桁梁关键部位的应力进行了测量,对比分析了桥梁施工中的应力现场监测结果和计算结果,给出了钢混梁桥施工过程的安全评估结果和施工要点。
Based on the swiveling construction of a 96 m steel-concrete girder long span bridge in Lushan Station of Anqing-J iujiang Railway,the mechanical problem in construction process of large complex bridge was studied.According to the swiveling construction method of the steel-concrete girder bridge,the mechanical model of each construction stage was established,and the structural stress state under the dangerous condition was analyzed by f inite element method.The strain sensors were applied to measure the stress of the key parts of bridge decks and steel trusses at construction site.The monitoring results and calculation results of stress were compared and analyzed.On this basis,the safety assessment results and key points of construction of the steel-concrete girder bridge were given.
