摘要
利用京沈客运专线星火动车所和环行铁道试验基地既有试验线的夹心地建设重载试验线,主要用于重载移动装备和工务设备的安全性、耐久性试验以及重载技术系统试验。本文在分析国内外主要重载铁路技术标准的基础上,按照TB 10625—2017《重载铁路设计规范》的要求,研究并确定重载试验线的主要技术标准。根据重载试验线的试验需求和建设地点的实际情况,从试验需求、地形条件、试验组织等方面进行了分析,提出推荐的重载试验线主要技术标准为35 t设计轴重,单线铁路,最高速度80 km/h,最小曲线半径500 m,限制坡度13‰。
The heavy haul test line was constructed by using the area surrounded by existing test line of Beijing-Shenyang passenger dedicated line Spark EMU institute and loop track test base,which mainly used for safety and durability tests and heavy haul technology system test of heavy haul movable equipment and maintenance equipment.Based on the analysis of the main technical standards of heavy haul railway at home and abroad,the main technical standards of heavy haul test line according to the requirements of TB 10625-2017 Code for Design of Heavy Haul Railway were studied and determined in this paper.In the light of the test requirements of the heavy haul test line and the actual situation of the construction site,the main technique standards are presented with designed axle load of 35 t,single track railway,the maximum speed of 80 km/h,the minimum plane curve radius of 500 m and restricted slope of 13‰.
