摘要
高压水工隧洞围岩地质缺陷多采用水泥或水泥化学复合灌浆以提高围岩的强度、均匀性、抗渗性,及其与衬砌的协调变形能力,而如何通过原位实测获得围岩的变形指标参数是进行灌浆效果评价和围岩与衬砌系统稳定性评价的关键因素或参数之一。基于某抽水蓄能电站高压水工隧洞围岩缺陷灌浆处理,介绍了钻孔弹模计的基本原理、测试方法、数据处理与应用;采用钻孔弹模计对隧洞围岩化学固结灌浆前后的围岩变形指标进行了测试,实测结果不仅可直接用于固结灌浆效果评价,还可为围岩与衬砌系统的稳定性评价提供依据,该试验方法和手段具有广泛的实用性。
For high pressure hydraulic tunnel the measures of concrete or concrete chemical compound grouting are used to improve the strength,uniformity and impermeability of the surrounding rock,and the coordination deformation ability of the lining with the surrounding rock.And how to obtain the parameters of the deformation index of the surrounding rock through the in-situ measurement is one of the key factors to evaluate the grouting effect and the stability evaluation of the surrounding rock and lining system.The grouting treatment of the wall rock of a high pressure hydraulic tunnel in a pumped storage power station is taken as an engineering case.The testing principle,test method and data processing of the borehole elastic modulus gauge,are described in detail.The elastic modulus of rock mass pre and post the chemical consolidation grouting of the surrounding rock are tested by the borehole elastic modulus meter,which provide evidence for the evaluation of the consolidation grouting effects and the stability evaluation of surrounding rock and lining system.
