摘要
目的运用有限元分析的方法研究不同牵引力对腰椎间盘突出症生物力学效应的影响。方法运用1例腰椎间盘突出症患者的CT影像资料,构建腰椎(L)3~L5节段三维有限元模型1例。运用有限元分析方法,模拟300N、400N、500N的牵引力,计算后分别提取L3/4纤维环和髓核、L4/5纤维环和髓核受力的数据。结果随着牵引力的不断增加,其椎间盘的应力也在不断增加,纤维环在同样条件下所承担的应力较髓核明显增大。结论为了得到更好的牵引治疗效果,在患者能够耐受的情况下应当选择较大的牵引力进行治疗。
Objective To study the biomechanical effects of different traction forces on lumbar disc herniation by finite element analysis.Methods A CT image of a patient with lumbar disc herniation was used to construct a three-dimensional finite element model of L3-L5segment.The finite element analysis method was used to simulate the traction force of300N,400N,and500N.After calculation,the data of L3/4fiber ring and nucleus pulposus,L4/5fiber ring and nucleus pulposus were extracted.Results As the traction force increased,the stress of the intervertebral disc increased,and the stress of the annulus under the same conditions was significantly increased compared with the nucleus pulposus.Conclusion In order to obtain a better traction treatment effect,a larger traction should be selected for treatment if the patient can tolerate it.
