不同疗法治疗老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折的疗效比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨老年骨质疏松性压缩性骨折(Osteoporotic compressive fracture,OVCF)患者不同穿刺方向的椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty pvp,PVP)与非手术治疗的临床疗效差异。方法选取2014年9月-2017年9月本院收治的老年OVCF患者150例,依据随机数字表法分为A组、B组、C组,每组50例,A组给予非手术治疗,B组给予双侧穿刺PVP治疗,C组给予单侧穿刺PVP治疗。结果 C组手术时间、X线透视次数、骨水泥注入量、骨水泥渗漏率明显低于B组(P<0.05);A组、B组、C组治疗后椎体后凸Cobb角、椎体前缘高度压缩率及ODI、VAS得分明显低于治疗前,C组、B组治疗后椎体后凸Cobb角、椎体前缘高度压缩率及ODI、VAS得分明显低于A组(P<0.05),C组、B组治疗后椎体后凸Cobb角、椎体前缘高度压缩率及ODI、VAS得分比较(P>0.05);A组、B组、C组治疗后SF-36得分明显高于治疗前,C组、B组治疗后SF-36得分明显高于A组(P<0.05),C组、B组治疗后SF-36得分比较(P>0.05)。结论与非手术治疗比较,双侧和单侧穿刺PVP均可有效改善老年OVCF患者疼痛、腰功能及生活质量,且单侧穿刺PVP具有手术时间短、透视次数少、创伤小、骨水泥渗漏率低等优点,值得临床作进一步推广。
