摘要
以某金矿过采残留的缓倾斜低品位矿体为研究对象,根据其复杂开采条件和采矿方法优选原则,初步拟定5种采矿方法,通过分析各采矿方法的技术经济指标及优缺点,确定电耙出矿环形深孔空场采矿法为最优方案。选择试验采场进行工业试验,共安全采出矿石量39 016 t,采场生产能力176. 8 t/d,采矿损失率10. 20%,矿石贫化率7. 08%。工业试验结果表明:该方法工艺技术先进,工艺配套性能好,采矿作业安全,采矿效率高、成本低,经济效益显著,为矿山复杂开采技术条件资源的综合利用,提供了有力的技术支持。
In a case study of a residual moderately inclined low-grade ore body in a gold mine,the paper based on the complex mining conditions and the principle of optimal selection of mining methods,preliminarily designed 5 mining methods.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages as well as the technical index of each mining method,the paper decided the rake ore drawing and ringed long-hole open stoping mining method as the optimal plan.Industrial test carried out in the experimental stope extracted 39 016 t ores safely,the stope production capacity is 176.8 t/d,mining loss rate is 10.20%and ore dilution rate is 7.08%.The industrial test shows that the method is technologically advanced,the compatibility is good,mining operation is safe,mining efficiency is high,mining cost is low and the economic profits are prominent,providing sound support for the comprehensive resources utilization under complex mining conditions.
