摘要
在选矿行业,磨机是最重要、不可或缺的设备,而轴承是磨机的重要部件之一,其能否安全运行,直接影响生产。针对磨机小齿轮轴定位端轴承SKF23288CA/C3W33在润滑良好,振动无异常的情况下,出现的调心滚子轴承单列滚道剥落现象,进行了探讨和理论分析。从轴承失效的形式、轴承润滑、轴承振动、主轴承定位、大小齿轮的相互作用等方面总结了轴承失效的表现形式,分析了轴承失效的原因,提出了改进措施。为确保磨机正常运行,提高设备运转率提供理论支持。
In the field of mineral processing,mills are the most important and indispensable equipment,of which the bearings are key parts.The safe operation of bearings directly influences production.With proper lubrication and normal vibration of the fixed-end bearing,SKF23288CA/C3W33,of pinion shaft,the single-row ball track of self-aligning roller bearing peels off,of which discussion and theoretical analysis have been conducted.The bearing failure forms are analyzed from the aspects of bearing failure forms,bearing lubrication,bearing vibration,main bearing position,and rack and pinion gear interaction.Causes of bearing failure are summarized and improvement measures are put forward.The study ensures normal operation of mills and provides the theoretical basis for improvement of equipment function rate.
