摘要 载金炭解吸电解是炭浆提金工艺的关键环节,而国内大部分矿山企业仅粗略考察解吸电解工艺的贫炭金品位及金属平衡,常常忽视工艺、设备的良性运行及精细化操作的重要性。通过对多家矿山企业解吸电解工艺流程及设备考察,发现其存在的共性问题,进而采取行之有效的措施,包括柔性输炭技术、电解槽全绝缘技术,以及优化操作规范,降低了金属平衡误差,提高了金回收率。 The desorption electrolysis of gold-bearing carbon is a key link in CIP gold extraction process.However,the gold grade of barren carbon and metal balance are often investigated with negligence in most domestic mining enterprises,underestimating the importance of good functioning of process and equipment as well as refined operation.The paper investigated many mining enterprises on their desorption electrolysis process flowsheet and equipment,found common problems,adopted effective measures including flexible carbon transport technology,electrolytic bath full insulation technology and optimized operation code.After the optimization,the metal balance error is lowered and the metal recovery rate is improved.
